Lynn S. Zarr Sr. began his real estate career in Houston, Texas, in 1973, and owned his own company for more than thirty four years. He built his and his company's reputation on the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry.
Lynn began as a one man office and grew Zarr & Company REALTORS® to more than one hundred sales associates and staff. In 1999, he merged with House Hunters Inc. to form Heritage Texas Properties, one of Houston's largest independently owned residential real estate companies.
Lynn has been recognized as a real estate leader. In 1993, he served as President of the Houston Association of REALTORS®, the largest REALTOR®'s association in the country.
Having had second homes at Lake McQueeney for more than thirty years, Lynn and his wife made the McQueeney/New Braunfels area their permanent address in 2008.
Lynn's focus is on a comprehensive marketing approach with attention to detail. Communication and Integrity are foremost in his business plan.
Lynn and his wife, Sherry, have three married sons and five grandchildren.
